Without a doubt, this is the best car buying experience of my life. Let's face it, used car shopping is an unpredictable and sometimes intimidating thing. Not here - you can count on a professional, low pressure, outright honest approach. There is even a carfax provided online - as the owner says to give full truth on what they know about the vehicle. And the attention to the small details...I noticed that the spare tire had significant wear and was no longer safe. I mentioned it as a concern, and before I had a chance to say more they offered to replace it. You learn a lot about the attention paid to the big details by the way someone deals with small details. I felt such a comfort level with this dealership I have encouraged my freinds to check Rick's the next time they are in the market for a vehicle. I guess a word rare for used car sales summarizes Rick's best - integrity.

I am so happy with the car I got at Rick's. Everything about it fit me perfectly and it drives like a dream. Having all the great photos to see online was great. When I did go and look at the car everyone was really courteous and nice. They even brought the car to my home and we signed the finals papers there with my husband. I had the best experience of all the car buying times I've had at Rick's. I recommend them to anyone. I am sure they could find what you wanted if they don't have it already.

The car I bought from them was totally great. Once I took it home I discovered a couple of things wrong with it that they were not aware of but Richard (the owner) volunteered to fix them and make everything great. I would recomend them 100% to anyone looking for any kind of used car. They are great people with a great staff. Ross was my salesman and he was totally accomadating. We discussed a few different options and he went through a lot of phone calls and even more numbers till we found the car I wanted and the deal we could both live with. I have known Rick and Pam for 30 years. I send all my friends and family to them if they need a car. I have probably bought for my self and my family around 20 cars. I buy with confidence because if some little something comes up he will take care of me and fix it. Of all the cars I have bought I have only had one that was a bad one. I bought a Lincoln Town Car in the mid to late 80s and it developed a motor problem about a week and a half later. Rick told to get my tail back over here and he took the car back and give me another car of my choice that was at the same value.

this car lot is like no other we researched a car online. and it came up to be at Ricks auto , they treated me like a King even gave more info on the cadillac than I knew gave me a discount on an already good price these guys are the Cadillac of used car dealers please buy from these guys they will treat you right and im a hard Ass on even thinking of giving credit where credit is do!!!!! i will buy from these guys again I know this sounds like they put me up to this but it is the real deal . WOW!!! What a great experience! We were looking for our daughter's first car...she had her heart set on a blue tiburon...only 2 in OKC... We went and they were AMAZING, no pressure...honest answers and such a friendly atmosphere. You usually hate to go car shopping...not now! I can not wait until it is my turn...their selection of quality used cars is incredible and they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.
